required registration for web forms
I think an option to require registration to make web purchases would cut down on the number of phone calls that we receive and the number of members/ticket purchasers that experience confusion when trying to make purchases on our website. Ideally, anyone that wants to purchase anything via web forms would be redirected to a sign in/registration page before being able to continue with their purchase.

We would prefer that if there is special member pricing for tickets/classes/registrations a sign-in is required. For items that do not have special member pricing no sign-in would be required since we just wrapped up a large month long event & sold over 16,000 tickets on-line
