Alphabetize the registration options on pre-register program web forms

We moved our admission program into a pre-registration program due to COVID requirements. Our state mandates that we collect contact information from everyone coming in with an admission ticket, and pre-registered programs allows us to do so. However, the registration options display in a completely random order on the web pages. It would improve our customers' user experience if they could automatically alphabetize.
