Show credit card totals in alpha order in Revenue by Payment Method Report
In the ‰ÛÏRevenue by Payment Method Report‰Û, when I check the box for ‰ÛÏShow Payment Method Distribution‰Û, the Revenue by Payment Method display at the bottom of the report shows credit card totals in a different order each time. Sometimes it‰Ûªs Amex, Visa, Mastercard. Other times Visa, Amex, Mastercard. And so on.
I use these reports several times a week to summarize payment activity for input to our accounting software. It would be more efficient for data entry if they could regularly display in the same order each time, preferably in alphabetical order (Amex, Mastercard, Visa), for ease of reading and then transferring. It would save me time in having to always double check what order the numbers are coming in if they always came in the same order.
