Is there a way to set up recurring payments for a monthly program? I saw that recurring/auto payments can be made for "gifts/donations," but I was wondering if it was possible to do it for programs/events?
Recurring payments are one of the top three reasons AMST converted to Altru. Our Board of Trustees, community, and membership are requesting this daily. As a result of increased standards in data security at our affiliated university, we are unable to take advantage of the back-end workaround. At a Board of Trustee meeting yesterday, the Board was appalled that we do not have the ability to offer this service to our members. It is viewed as lost revenue. The availability of sustainable, recurring, auto-renewable payments will be a determining factor as to whether AMST will renew its contract when it comes due. Please make this feature a priority and available as soon as possible.
