Include the constituent relationship manager in the standard appeal mailing output
We send out our appeal mailings to a mailing house with the exception of about 300 people who have an identified solicitor (in Altru a relationship manager). If the output from Altru listed the relationship manager it would save us the time and effort of excluding those people from the mailing manually and setting up separate queries that will replicate the different mailing segments but list the relationship manager.
