New to Altru and this is a real annoyance and time waster. If the dropdown won't work, take it out. If it will, make it useful. We have a lot of overlap data to enter and this will jsut slow us down.
This is a tremendous nuisance for us as well - we do data entry of over 10,000 entries per year with 90% doing to one of three designations and it is very inefficient in the current schema.
I am in full agreement. It's a nuisance/aggravation to have to go through multiple screens when a simple drop down would take care of this.
