I would love to see a better way for selecting multiple designations (in a query, smart field, etc.) than individually searching and selecting each. It can become very time consuming and difficult to be sure you are not missing any designations. I think checkboxes or something similar to the selections that Raiser's Edge used would be so much more helpful.
