Make Goes by Nickname Check box

We have a lot of constituents that go by their nickname and not their first name. It would be great if we had a check box we could check that would let the system know the person goes by their nickname. Then when looking at search results and as the main title of the record, we would see their nickname. It could also replace all first name addressee fields.
