Currently, those with the Ticket Seller role have access to the "My Sales by Payment Method" report. It gives the ticket seller a breakdown of their totals by tender. Cash, credit, check, whatever. This allows the user to determine how much cash should be in their drawer, and pretty much invalidates the whole purpose behind the end-of-shift blind counts.
So, if an associate references this report prior to or during the count out process, he or she knows what should be in their cash till, and can potentially adjust to make their counts accurate. If Altru tells me I should have $150.25 in my till and my count is $150.23, as a conscientious associate I can put in two cents from my pocket to make things balance.
Conversely, If Altru tells me I should have $150.25 in my till and my count is $160.25, as a dishonest associate I could pocket the ten dollar overage to make things balance.

I encourage Altru to disallow Ticket Sellers from having access to the "My Sales by Payment Method" report to dissuade/prevent employee dishonesty.
