We're running into many issues with customers wanting to return gift shop merchandise without a receipt as well. Is there any way we could add functionality (or is there an existing way) of returning items without knowing an order number or customer name? The majority of our customers are non-members, so they don't have accounts in the system. It can be nearly impossible to find an order if they don't know the date of their transaction. If we could, like most retailers, refund by scanning the item, that would save a lot of time and make it easier for us and our guests.
