Add "cash/Credit/check" levels to the Revenue and Payment canned report

We use the Revenue and Payment canned report once a week. We need to be able to have one more category. We need to be able to see each category organized by Cash, Credit or Check.

    i have found that an export to excel so i can manipulate the data with pivot tables to be the best solution.  it would be fantastic if this report were more flexible in its out-of-the-box configurations!
