As with all transactions, there should be a direct email receipt option for the client. In my case, I book Venue Rentals which require a security deposit which is refunded after the event. It is very easy to make this refund, but does not have an option to email a receipt to the client confirming this refund. I feel that any transaction involving a customer's credit card should have the ability to easily send them a receipt.
Completely agree! It's very inconvenient to scan a printed copy and manually email to send a refund receipt.
