This feature would be very helpful -- especially when dealing with those who try to outsmart our private event/group policy by overbooking under one email through a combination of different names and transactions.

i can't believe this is not a feature - EVERY online merchant I have ever dealt with gives yo the option to have documentation of ALL transactions, including refunds.
This would be incredibly helpful, especially as many organizations are issuing a higher than usual number of refunds due to COVID-19.
