System Role to Edit Checked in Groups

Multiple examples of needing to correct errors on Group Sales but none are currently possible. A high-level administrator system role should have the ability to do these or unlock the reservation from its current status.

  • Add or edit a resource after program has been marked Complete (makes balance of reservation incorrect)

  • Add or edit Admissions and Programs section after program has been marked Complete (does not pull into attendance report even though a program has occurred if the program event is missing from the reservation)

  • Change status from Cancelled to Pending

  • Adjust payment
