Multiple examples of needing to correct errors on Group Sales but none are currently possible. A high-level administrator system role should have the ability to do these or unlock the reservation from its current status.
Add or edit a resource after program has been marked Complete (makes balance of reservation incorrect)
Add or edit Admissions and Programs section after program has been marked Complete (does not pull into attendance report even though a program has occurred if the program event is missing from the reservation)
Change status from Cancelled to Pending
Adjust payment
