I was looking for a way to edit the resources used during a group sales reservation. We are a nature center, and have programs that use teaching animals. Often, we don't know which specific animals will be used until that day due to feeding schedules, rotations, sick or injured animals, etc. We need to keep track of this information for our federal permits on the raptors, so we've added each bird as a "resource". Sometimes, when the group is "checked in", we forget to add the birds that were used.
Is there a way to unlock that functionality? Thanks!

We recently had an issue with trying to remove a resource from a Group Sales Reservation that was already checked-in. It was a costly resource that the group did not end up needing and a simple removal of that resource and a full refund were needed. This made it very difficult because the contact for the group was still present and we had to pass this issue on to our finance dept. when it should've been handled front of house while the patron was here. This idea makes for better customer service when the patron is face to face and can leave with the issue resolved.
