Seating Summary Report
Our current event is a formal sit-down, as is our next. The seating layout has been great for moving people and tables around. However, the reports I print out seem to confound everyone especially our volunteers. What I ended up doing was copying the entire page (CTRL A) from the "Assign Seats", paste into a Word document, then cleaning it up to show only the right hand side of the screen expanded which is the Tables and who was sitting at each table. I could not copy this section only.

This became cumbersome the last days of the event as they were constantly changing their minds, moving people around, and requiring updated lists.
We would need to know who was seated where, who we still needed to sit; and preferably who had dietary restrictions.
