Altru Ideas

It would be nice if the Volunteer Module could automatically (and easily) send shift reminder emails to volunteers, and allow volunteers to search for job openings and sign themselves up.  Before Altru, we used another product that was a dedicated volunteer management tool and it had many features that allowed us to be more efficient with how we manage our volunteer program.  It seems like Altru does the basics for volunteers, but is lacking some of the time saving features that other products have.
