Event categories to be mapped to different accounts
For our annual gala, we have 2 types of tickets we sell - leadership and general, and we track them under separate accounting codes. We need to be able to designate or map each of these 2 levels to separate codes or event categories within the same event. We talked to support last year and they said it could not be done, which has created a real headache for our finance staff. We were told the only alternative would be to create a completely separate event for the general tickets, which is not the best option since they are both part of the same event. I'm hoping that this has been addressed by Altru in the last year, but if not, does anyone have a similar problem, and if so, how do you deal with it?
