Provide ability to edit plain-text versions of emails
We send out customized emails from Altru, but some of our constituents view these emails on devices that only show the plain-text version. Right now, the content is coming through with all the HTML code, which is not reader-friendly and can be very confusing for the recipient. If we had a way to edit the plain-text version of the email, we could make a simplified version of the content, making it easier for them to read.

We are struggling with this as well.. we serve a ton of military/government customers that can only view text emails and NOT HTML. We used Kintera which is an archaic system and now moving to Altru we dont have the same functionality. This is crucial to our business
