Allow for more advanced design flexibility in appeal mailings

We send out newsletters via Altru's appeal mailing tool, and build our content in a program like Dreamweaver ahead of time. When pasting the code into Altru, it strips out our internal stylesheets, and only seems to honor inline styles. We'd like the content editor to handle both scenarios.

    Yes, we need Appeal mailings to be able to use HTML styling so that we can make our template consistent. This is supported by Email Marketing but not Appeals--please make it supported in both.
