I would like three different levels of Web Forms Administrators:
- Set up events and edit the web forms information (specifcally assigning a custom description) on the event itself.
- In the Web section, manage Web Forms for donations, programs, etc.
- In the Web section, deal with Configuration.
Since most of my users would need access to #1 and #2, it would probably work to just have a role called something like "Restricted Web Configuration."
