Add "No Show" status to Group sales reservations

If a group does not show up for their visit, there is no set way to track them in Altru. This thread has some discussion on the issue.

The ideal solution is a new addition to the reservation status of "No Show".

    I agree. Being able to set the parameters around the statuses would be a huge help.
