I would love to see more automation from the web form for gift purchasers. Currently we spend an average of 10 minutes on each record identifying the constituency code and relationship connections for each purchase. If we could add the following pieces to the gift purchaser automation, we would eliminate staff time invested in unnecessary data clean up.
add purchaser as a constituency code
update the relationship of the giver with the recipient as linked
add constituency code of recipient
