We get tons of phone calls with people who have had issues purchasing their tickets online, so we do the leg work and sell them tickets through Advance Sales. Having the option to email their tickets would be incredibly beneficial to our busy organization, so that we don't have to print them out and mail them to them.

Yes, very strange to offer an eticket option but not for every type of sale. If e-receipt is an option, seems like eticket should be one too. This issue had really affected my organization and their enthusiasm for Altru.

Yes, yes!! This is so strange that you can build a ticketed event in Altru but only one sales method (online) can send the ticket link? Advance sales should automatically do this as well.

Yes! We end up having to search for each order and print them out ourselves. This takes a long time for our larger events!
