We are running into issues with duplicates and online accounts. Having an email field for the second adult would help with merging records and enhance the ability to communicate with the member household to build relationships. For example, if a husband pays for a membership and he is listed as the primary, but his wife has her own email address information and wants to purchase discounted member tickets online it creates a customer service issue.
