Include online payments in Associated Revenue on a Prospect Plan Opportunity

Currently you can add Existing Revenue to a Prospect Plan Opportunity, EXCEPT if that existing revenue was received online, because online donations are "Sales Orders". This is ludicrous. It means that no prospect plan "Associated Revenue" can be trusted.

Online donations need to be integrated into the system so they can be treated like other donations, including being tagged with Appeal and associated with prospect plans. MOST individual donations are now coming in online, so not being able to treat them like any other donation means that we have to find ridiculous workarounds to generate reports.

    As it stands currently, I am unable to associate grant revenue (paid with a credit card thru Advance Sales) with a grant that we received and so there is not a way to track how much of the grant has been paid to us so far, as it is being paid in installments. (I'm using the Opportunity function to track the grant.)
