Ability to have a redirect page for web forms

We've noticed that if there is a web forms error (Altru down for maintenance or service disruption) our patrons see an error page and they aren't sure what's wrong. We'd like the ability to add a feature to redirect patrons to a different page (can even be a page on our website) in the event of an error. This would create a much better experience for our online patrons.
