When Altru is working as intended, when a group deposit is refunded, whether by check or credit card, the system generates a distribution that hits AR and Cash.



But, Altru doesn't generate checks, so then when you go into your accounting system to cut your check, you will end up hitting cash again. You have to know that Altru hit your cash account, otherwise, your bank reconciliation in your accounting system will be off.



Altru should not generate distributions for things that it doesn't actually do.
