We went through a membership level transition in September 2017, and some of the membership reports have become useless to us because they are limited to reporting on active membership levels.

Just because a membership level is not active right now, doesn't mean that the level is no longer relevant. I still need to pull reports on previous years from time to time, and "activating" old membership levels is a very poor solution. (The reason this doesn't work for us is because we do not want Daily Sales to accidentally sell the old membership level, and also because this is time consuming and there is room for error).
