Create different default name formats for different constituents
This is particularly true for different genders. Our default joint name format should be: Mr. and Mrs. Adam Smith (primary addressee) and Mr. and Mrs. Smith (primary salutation).
However, if the record created is for a female, the joint name format created is Mrs. and Mr. Allison Smith (primary addressee) and Mrs. and Mr. Smith (primary salutation).
Right now, we have a query set up to catch these and then manually edit them. It would be nice to be able to specify which name formats to use based on criteria such as (but not limited to) gender.

I really don't understand why there isn't an Individual default for each individual constituent, as well as a household default for when you are using the household or when both spouses have the same attribute. Right now, we have everyone defaulted to Joint Informal, so if I pull up the member of a committee, it will address it to the default of both names.
