The new feature added is phenomenal. Having the ability to reschedule an order is priceless. But there are a few features that should be added as well.
- When someone reschedules it should send out a new confirmation email.
- A new E-Ticket with the correct date/time should be sent out again.( tested and the original E-Ticket will still work with the new date, but to keep confusion down a new ticket with proper date/time should be sent back to the customer as well.
- No ability to reschedule a Pay on Arrival order. We have this request a lot and instead of simply changing the date/time we have to cancel the original order and then re-enter all information.
