Add a 'check/uncheck all' checkbox to the top of the Run acknowledgments window.

My organization has 40 acknowledgments, and we often like to run different sets of letters in smaller batches. Having to manually unselect all of the ones we don't want to run in a batch is tedious and takes up time. Testing and configuring new letters is a huge undertaking when 39+ have to be unchecked for every test run.
